With a background in traditional Italian and high-level European karting, Alessandro has a deep understanding of what drivers need to know and learn to take their skills to the next level.

Alessandro applies the same tools he uses to enhance his performance as a driver to his coaching as well. Attention to detail, precision, in-depth analysis, and modern forms of training, such as simulator and functional training, are all part of the process he employs in his practice.

THE WAY TO GREAT RESULTS
As a coach, Alessandro guided his drivers to quite a few successes. A Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American Championship, two GT World Challenge America Championships, together with numerous podiums and victories in Ferrari Challenge and GT classes across the United States. Along with the series he entered as co-driver in the Pro-Am class, the list gets much longer!
The most significant victory, however, is seeing the smile on the faces of drivers who can see tangible improvements in their performance and, subsequently, their sports life.
