New Helmet by MBKLine

MBKLine did it again! Here’s my new lid, the Arai GP6 that I will race with in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo from the next race.

The design is always the classic yellow – red – white – green scheme that I used since my debut in karting and has originally been designed from my brother Stefano, and evolved slightly during the years. Even if it looks like a fairly simple design, where it stands out is from up close: the details and finesse that Marco Bardelli’s hand is able to generate are staggering. I’m not a huge fan of crazy complicated helmet designs, which are very cool when seen static, but in movement you tend to miss a bit. My goal is always been to be recognizable from far away, and for that a simple helmet design is key. If you put in the mix a bit of 80/90’s F1 helmets nostalgia… then you have it.

The italian based MBKLine has gradually become one of the best-known centers specialized in the custom painting and sale of crash helmets.

The accurate workmanship, the attention to detail and the full technical support have all contributed to making the firm known and highly reputed worldwide. Nowadays, it can boast among its customers numerous internationally renown drivers. As usual, I’m speechless looking at another showcase of the firm’s quality.

Don’t hesitate to visit MBKLine’s official website and have a look to their galleries of awesome designs!
